Job Summary
We’re
seeking an experienced recruiter to join the WW Corporate Recruiting
team at Apple's Austin campus. Recruiting at Apple is a centralized
function but with strong ties to specific lines of business. The
Corporate Recruiter owns responsibility for recruiting a wide variety of
critically important positions across the organization. You will liaise
closely with our hiring managers, understanding their needs and
supporting them in their efforts to source the best candidates in the
market. Relationship skills – with candidates, hiring managers and key
business partners – are vital.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of six years experience in a corporate recruiting role or with a leading agency
- Highly proficient in all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regards to confidential information
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills are essential
- Above all, you must be highly motivated, professional and have a customer focused and mature approach
- Adept at learning new technologies quickly
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding high performance standards
Description
•
Take direct ownership for hiring across a number of business groups
within the organization.
• Maintain strong relationships with all customers, including
candidates, hiring managers and business partners
• Have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build
the network quickly and comprehensively
• Execute sourcing strategies to help attract candidates to Apple.
• Inform company’s strategic direction through understanding of the
talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, compensation
trends, etc.)
• Track key performance metrics
Education
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
