Job Summary
The
HR Technology team is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to redesign the
UI/UX of our internal HR systems which supports our 80,000+ employees
globally. You will have the opportunity to work with a blank canvas and
have the creative flexibility to create something from beginning to end.
You are a self-starter who has a passion for great design, a superb
aesthetic sense, an exceptional gifted eye for detail, and a deep
appreciation for user experience that meets Apple’s high standards.
Key Qualifications
- The ideally candidate will have 7+ years experience in user-centered design
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders in driving user goal
- Ability to create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and final mockups
- Ability to provide production-ready graphics and requirements to development teams
- Skilled with standard graphic and motion design tools, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience with usability and HCI principles
- Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Ability to independently design and implement creative solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excitement for and love of Apple technologies
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well with others on all levels. Must be a team player.

Description
The
ideal candidate will have industry experience with interaction design,
visual design and a substantial understanding of user interface issues.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills with a
passion for great design and the ability to achieve it. The candidate
should have an understanding of and passion for responsive design and
success in designing experiences for Mac OS X and iPhone/iPad platforms.
Education
Degree in interaction, visual or graphic design, HCI, IS, HF or equivalent experience
