Duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
Manage/lead entire program or service including technical solution, implementation, support and quality. Understand and direct/participate in all phases of project implementation
Work independently on mid to large size projects (> $700k)
Heavy customer involvement
Heavy cross-functional involvement
Review project team deliverables to ensure quality (deliverable walk-through, quality assurance results, etc.) and adherence to standards and requirements, including corporate compliance
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering Lead, and Systems Analyst to ensure alignment and joint accountability for successful achievement of project goals
Sets project strategy and works with senior leaders within the business during execution of the projects
Support the roadmap creation process with high level project planning and estimates assembly
Responsible for coordinating with cross functional teams in the assembly of project teams based on project priority, skill sets required, and resource availability
Accountable and responsible for transparency on projects that produces data driven status reports we all trust and can act upon
Core Team representative of the Project Management function on projects
Responsible for capital and expense project budget. Assist the business in capital and expense planning for projects as well

Qualifications
A minimum of a Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. MIS / CIS / CS degree preferred. Software development background with experience serving in roles as an individual contributor (e.g. Developer, Systems Analyst, Quality Assurance, etc.) is required. Minimum 5 years of experience as a project / program manager is required. Strong communication skills and ability to work with many levels of the organization are required. The selected candidate must possess expert abilities in project management/processes and/or SDLC. Proven track record of leading large complex implementation projects required. Experience serving in Scrum Master type role and delivering software projects via Agile / Lean / Scrum SDLC required. PMP certification is preferred. A background in professional services / consulting is preferred. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
