 Job Summary:
The Manager, Technology provides technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project, with specific focus on Sitecore. This role is responsible for guiding the design, user interface, and technology integration of projects and interfacing with client technology and management teams.
Key Responsibilities include:

    The Wealth Strategist Team Leader manages the Wealth Strategist team within Client Segments. This team works with Private Wealth Management Sales Officers and Sr. Portfolio Officers in their work with clients, prospects as well as their tax and legal advisors, to provide expert advice to clients in specialty areas such as the development of appropriate Asset Allocation strategies, Alternative Investment strategies, hedging strategies, Wealth Transfer strategies and Transfer Taxation, Estate Planning, Fiduciary Planning opportunities, Fiduciary responsibilities, Fiduciary Taxation, technical expertise on IRA Accounts and related Retirement Planning expertise. Often called upon to represent the organization externally, either in print interviews or speaking at client and professional seminars. The team leader will have responsibility for managing team resources, ensuring appropriate WM regional coverage for external events and internal client meetings, planning and assessing compensation and performance of the Wealth Strategists.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge consistent with attainment of an undergraduate degree, and preferably attainment of advanced degree, either MBA or JD. CFP and/or CFA designation preferred. Specialized product knowledge typically gained through 10+ years experience in the management of a portfolio management or specialty group (i.e. Tax). Ability to communicate effectively with High Net Worth clients, strong presentation and relationship management skills.

    Qualifications:

    As the Markets Enablement Assistant Director, you'll be responsible for providing strategic and tactical deployment support for go-to-market initiatives within a market segment, service line or industry sector.     Responsibilities
    • Participate in the strategic planning process for the market segment/industry sector/service line in the identification of the appropriate go-to-market activities required to achieve the market leadership plan
    • Lead/co-lead the development of execution plans for go-to-market activities. Will need to work closely with team members to identify business needs, determine audience/accounts, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources
    • Facilitate the generation of touch points with target/non-Business Development Executive (BDE) covered accounts by helping to drive/disseminate thought leadership and assist in driving sales campaigns
