Global Ready Offerings is small team with the vision to accelerate Intuit’s journey to global market. With our global ambition, we need to innovate a way of developing products that accelerates out global journey. The team is currently focused on Small Business and the charter to develop a platform that is enterprise wide.

Responsibilities:

• Innovate ways of rapidly building solutions that are global and has the ability to deal with local variances
• Adopt Meta-driven architecture approach to provide a platform for the offerings things.
• Understand the customers pain-points and apply "out of box thinking" to propose creative ways to rapidly develop global services/offerings.
• Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, QA/QE, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the project.
• Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
• Use autonomy well while working together with a top notch team as a true team player, engineer and deliver awesome products and leverage the latest in technology

Qualifications

• Computer Science degree with 7+ years of experience in the software product industry
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality software products to market that deliver business results
• A passion for contributing to a great working environment where the best want to come work and stay
• A laser focus on outstanding business outcomes with effective and fast decision making that takes into account the interests of all three key stakeholders – employees, customers, and shareholders
• Expertise in the Software design/architecture process
• Must be very comfortable with Agile and related methodologies to accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk
• Proficiency in one or more key technologies including Java, HTML5/JavaScript, AngularJS, BackboneJs, NodeJS, NoSQL

Preferred Experience:

• Lean Startup and/or customer driven innovation approach for developing Cloud solutions
• Experience with meta-data driven architecture is a plus
