Description

 
The Application Support Technician is responsible for handling requests that come in to the Application Support queue. These requests are primarily for assistance with Document Locator, SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Application Support Technician will learn how to use and troubleshoot the applications. This position also requires the Application Support Technician develop an understanding of how the business uses Document Locator, SharePoint, and CRM. The successful candidate will continuously expand knowledge in the areas of specialization. This position will also assist in training, documentation, and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

 
High school graduate with 4+ years of applicable production, administration, and/or support experience. Technical aptitude and interest is required. This position interacts with Clients, Vendors, and Internal Customers so excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The Enterprise Support team constantly strives to provide the highest level of service possible. For this reason, a positive, proactive, can-do attitude is essential. Experience with Document Locator, SharePoint, and CRM is preferred.
