Responsible for the overall tax strategy for Info RPT & W/H for Retail Finance. The position reports to the Retail Finance Tax Leader.
  • Execute on the tax strategy for Info RPT & W/H for Retail Finance.
  • Establish tax policies and procedures.
  • Develop objectives for and approve tax planning and compliance programs.
  • Work with leaders to implement tax initiatives and strategy.
  • Act as key contact for other functional teams and external parties.
  • Supervise and manage direct report
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of tax experience in major accounting firm, law firm, or multinational company.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Prior leadership experience.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Juris Doctorate, Masters of Taxation or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Public accounting experience.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
  • Financial Services Industry experience.
  • Experience interpreting technical US tax rules governing outbound investment,
  • Subpart F and US foreign tax credits.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
