Responsible for the overall tax strategy for
Info RPT & W/H for Retail Finance. The position reports to the
Retail Finance Tax Leader.
Execute on the tax strategy for Info RPT & W/H for Retail Finance.
Establish tax policies and procedures.
Develop objectives for and approve tax planning and compliance programs.
Work with leaders to implement tax initiatives and strategy.
Act as key contact for other functional teams and external parties.
Supervise and manage direct report
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 7 years of tax experience in major accounting firm, law firm, or multinational company.
Experience managing projects.
Prior leadership experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Juris Doctorate, Masters of Taxation or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
Public accounting experience.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
Financial Services Industry experience.
Experience interpreting technical US tax rules governing outbound investment,
Subpart F and US foreign tax credits.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
