Provide program management oversight and rigor to the implementation of the Key Risk Indicator (KRI) Program, including data capture, reporting, and tool deployment. This role will also provide leadership around the ongoing management of the KRI program including, but not limited to: management reporting, supporting of capital planning, testing to ensure compliance to policy and procedures, data quality controls and continued process improvement.

Essential Responsibilities
   
  • Provide project management leadership for implemenatation of the KRI Program
  • Provide leadership in determining what are the right KRIs, thresholds, triggers and escalations for the various levels (Board of Directors, GECC Committees, and BU Committees)
  • Utilize CAP tools and personal network to influence various BUs and functions to drive compliance, standardization and efficiency across related activities
  • Facilitate best practice and external benchmarking to ensure we are meeting goals and requirements
  • Work with BUs, IT, HQ functions, and EOR teams to create design requirements, execute on project deliverables, and establish control plans.
  • Develop and implement digitization and automation strategies to drive compliant, cost effective processes working with BUs, IT, and HQ functions.
  • Work with various other ORM workstreams to ensure proper linkage and continuity to avoid redundancy, confusion, and conflicts.
  • Coordinate with Risk Senior Leadership related to Capital Planning , CCARS, Stress Testing, and other areas related to Internal Loss Data requirements
  • Develop and perform testing of policy and procedure compliance
  • Develop and maintain Procedures for KRI Program
  • Design and maintain required reporting, metrics and dashboards to inform management at all levels
  • Proactively monitor the KRI program - including alignment to risk assessment results across all enterprise risk categories, linkage with operational risk capital model, maintain a living process that is effective and efficent

Qualifications/Requirements     Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors'degree in business, finance or relevant degree with 10 years + experience in a progressive role leadership in risk, quality, finance, technology
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience in financial services or banking industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
