Responsible for generating timely and accurate quotes of Lease and Loan Terminations on a portfolio of loans and leases. Coordinates workflow with team members and contract resources.
Essential Responsibilities
Calculate and Process Payoff Quotes for Customers/Dealers on all product types.
Ensure original economics are maintained in accordance with documentation and applicable regulations.
Ensure customer needs relating to Payoff Requests are met by delivering the highest quality service.
Research and solve Payoff related account issues for customers and involved internal staff.
Answer Payoff related questions for all customers, internal and external.
Work closely with Portfolio Managers to foster customer retention and maximize income.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma/GED and four years of financial services experience.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
