compensation. The Automations Developer is responsible for creating or
modifying automations (commonly in VBA) per process owner requirements
to drive productivity with an easy to use interface. This is a fast
paced, fun, small team environment that will provide a creative, idea
generating programmer an opportunity to experiment in a variety of
applications.
Support the maintenance of existing Operations’ systems.
Support system upgrades, change and sun-setting/retiring as needed, including testing and cutover.
Implement required changes, respond to data need requirements and user requests.
Implement user request as directed by senior system administrators.
May complete documentation related to a variety of operational system needs.
Ensure ongoing data integrity and facilitate access to system data.
Update tables, workflows and other system elements to reflect current and evolving businesses conditions.
Effectively interact with business functions and key stakeholders to understand barriers/issues and identify solutions.
Bachelor’s
degree or High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
in a financial services, operations or customer service setting.
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.

Degree BA/BS in MIS, computer science, engineering information systems or certification in computer programming
Proficient with Visual Basic, SQL or other common coding language
Experience with web-based development (HTML or Java)
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills
Six Sigma trained and certified (Greenbelt/Black Belt)
Experience in leasing or financial services industry
Self-Starter – Proven ability to manage multiple and converging requirements with changing priorities
Strong work ethic with an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in order to communicate analysis and recommendations
