Admin Assistant Supply Chain

In addition, this team is focused on ensuring a positive employment experience. We currently have an exciting opportunity on this team for an Administrative Assistanc. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced and aggressive environment, a U.S. Supply Chain Administrative Assistant provides support to multiple team members under limited supervision while anticipating and executing administrative deliverables of the department.

Key customers include:
The Supply Chain department including Field staff members, McDonald's suppliers, McDonald's senior management, Owner/Operator leadership committee members, and other McDonald's departments. Core Administrative Support:
·  Proactively schedules and coordinates meetings for all team members.
·  Manages calendar for self and principals.
·  Answers telephone calls and takes messages, and responds to routine inquiries.
·  Types, proofs, copies and distributes correspondence.
·  Tracks and responds to incoming calls and letters from external customers.
·  Receives, organizes and distributes incoming documents for principals.
·  Drafts letters and responses to handle routine correspondence.
·  Establishes, organizes and maintains files, records and electronic data banks for the department.
·  Arranges travel itineraries for principal.
· Responsible for co-coordinating approval and payment of  invoicing and aligning with accounting.
Summarizes and sends monthly pricing memos.

·   Leads logistics for some event planning including securing meeting space, hotel rooms and planning meals.
·  Maintains knowledge of appropriate software packages.
·  Updates websites, develops surveys and organizes webinars. Comfortable and knowledgeable with various technology tools to facilitate this.
