Description

 
We are currently seeking an HR Management Systems (HRMS) functional resource for a full-time opportunity. Candidates will be responsible for support of Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Self-Service, and other applications. Candidates should be able to provide business and technical leadership for day to day support and enhancements of the existing setup including new features and functionality.
  • Implement and support Global HR system configuration for Workday HCM
  • Work with business users to develop application and/or business process enhancements.
  • Researches HR technology issues and problems and develop solutions.
  • Support projects from requirement gathering, design and configuration, testing, deployment, documentation and post production support. 
  • Create technical requirement documents and communicate with developers when custom interfaces or other objects are required.
  • Create functional end user documentation 

Qualifications

 

Essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science or related field 
  • 5 years of experience working with and maintaining, implementing, configuring and supporting HRMS systems (HRMS, Compensation, Benefits, and Self Service).
  • Work experience with SaaS applications or HRIS systems in a networked environment
Additional 
  • Functional/Business Process configuration tasks and support
  • Functional expert with Oracle HRMS
  • Workday Integration, reporting and calculated field experience
  • Thorough working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits  and Compensation
  • Excellent knowledge of report writing and systems management
  • Working knowledge of Workday security
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse staff, ability to prepare and interpret technical specifications
  • Ability to train end users and create user documentation
  • The ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions in a time sensitive environment
  • This position requires effective communication with HR, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll personnel to quickly learn and understand their business processes and needs 
  • The ability to effectively communicate with IS Infrastructure and Development departments on a technical level to deliver business requirements, design specifications, and high-level process flows
Preferences:
  • HR IT solutions support experience 
  • Prior Workday implementation and support experience 
  • Experience in the following areas: systems design, configuration, development and integration
