Responsibilities:
- Support the expansion of the Continuous Improvement deployment within Finance Functions and Finance-in-the-Business beyond the existing scope, growing capability and culture.
- To drive process performance improvement (efficiency, effectiveness, compliance) through a rigorous application of Lean Six Sigma methodology in line with strategic objectives of Finance.
- Lead complex Lean Six Sigma Improvement projects from scoping to delivery.
- Coach Green and Yellow Belts through successful delivery of projects using the Lean Sigma Methodology
- Monitor and track CI benefits delivery for the projects incumbent is accountable for.
- Deliver training on Lean Six Sigma methodology including awareness for Senior Stakeholders
- Facilitate the identification, prioritization and chartering of CI projects; working conjunction with Line Managers
Requirements:
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Finance or Engineering is required.
- Minimum three (3) years of Continuous Improvement experience.
- Must be Black Belt Certified.
- Lean experience required.
- Project Leadership experience required.
- Minitab or SigmaXL experience required.
- Previous experience training, facilitating, coaching Green and Yellow Belts preferred.
- Previous Oil & Gas experience preferred.
