We are currently looking to hire recruiters who are looking for a position that offers career advancement to join our team. As dedicated specialists within this niche discipline, we deliver a host of recruitment solutions to clients.
Key elements of the role include:
* Ability to create the most effective strategy to satisfy client requirements
* Executive search, screening & selection
* Contingency search & selection
* Alternative advertising initiatives
* Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking.
* Proficiently source for qualified candidates via networking, advertising and referrals.
* Develop and maintain new and ongoing client relationships
* Placing mid-to-senior level candidates into permanent new positions
* Providing resume, interview and career advice to candidates.
* Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages.
Role will start off as a commissioned based position which will then move to a draw versus commission.and candidates will do the majority of their work from a home office.
