We
need an excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and
working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. In
addition, we require:
- Strong time management and planning skills and able to make appropriate decisions independently.
- Ability to be helpful and assertive with evident interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet/intranet navigation.
- Knowledge of electronic tools such as Net Meeting, Video Conferencing, WebEx and Travel & Expense Reporting Systems.
- Strong competence for organizing and prioritizing workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience handling confidential information with the highest degree of integrity.
- Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis as needed for meetings.
A strong candidate will also have:
- Administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment supporting management/director level personnel.
- Experience in web design/development such as MicroSoft FrontPage and knowledge of SAP.
