The Oracle HCM Lead Systems Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide customer support for E-Business suite modules (HR, OAB, and CWB)
  • Support our business users, participate in all relevant changes management activities, and overall service delivery and customer satisfaction. This includes: Technical Development and Administration Core HR, Oracle Advanced Benefits, and Compensation Work Bench.
  • Assist users with configuration decisions and training recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues; work with Oracle Support to resolve service requests.
  • Configure, test, and implement configurable components of Oracle E-Business suite and Fusion Middleware.
  • Maintain and document customizations/extensions.
  • Willlingness to travel up to 10%

Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Bachelor of Science degree from a 4 year accredited university, or 15 years of related industry or technical experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or CIS. is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with the following Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules: HR, OAB, Standard Benefits, CWB is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with the Fast Formula is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with the Oracle Payroll process, pay element and fast formula is required.
  • Minimum of 2 cycle of experience with Open Enrollment and CWB is required.
  • Minimum of 2 year experience with HRMS US Year-end W2 process is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with the following Oracle Development Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, BI-Publisher, Web-ADI, Discoverer, Workflow, and SQL Loader is required.
  • Experience in development, implementations, production support, and upgrades is required.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite: R12 is required.
  • Experience with writing/maintaining Benefits vendor interfaces is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS: 10g/11g running on 64-bit HP-UX 11i is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware suite of products is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Developer 10g (Forms, Reports, BI-Publisher, Workflow) is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Discoverer 10g is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (HR Analytics)is preferred.
  • Experience with Toad, Sql
  • Plus, and UNIX is preferred
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a high paced environment is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% is preferred.
