Apple is seeking a smart, careful, organized and energetic legal specialist to support Apple’s Corporate Law Group.
Key Qualifications
- We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5-8 years experience as a corporate or subsidiary paralegal or legal specialist, ideally with both law firm and in house experience at a public company. You must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet short deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is critical. A sense of humor is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will also have experience with entity management databases and proficient in Word and Adobe Acrobat.

Apple
is seeking a smart, careful, organized and energetic legal specialist
to support Apple’s Corporate Law Group.
The position involves a broad general corporate practice, including:
- assisting in the maintenance and, as needed, formation and dissolution
of foreign subsidiaries in various jurisdictions
- drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including
minutes and written consents, charter documents, powers of attorney, and
similar documents
- managing document preparation and filings with local counsel in
multiple jurisdictions
- assisting with post-acquisition integration efforts, including
consolidations of subsidiaries
- assisting with the approval of statutory accounts for foreign
subsidiaries
Education
B.A. degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
