- Lead the identification and design of operational improvements for the summer and afterschool meal programs specifically including: warehouse operations, delivery operations, tracking/reporting, and process documentation.
- Lead the development of training materials for warehouse and delivery staff to enable implementation of best practices/ processes nationwide.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of current and potential software solutions to improve routing and order/inventory management.
- Manage the billings process with FFG customers nationwide.
- Lead special "program improvement" projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- B.A. in business or related field
- Strong project management skills
- Track record of delivering operational excellence in college internships
- Strong relational, collaborative, and communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders and lead by influence
- Willingness to embrace ambiguity and a dynamic environment
- Quick learner with the ability to bridge strategy to execution
- Positive, highly-motivated, problem-solving attitude
- Detail orientation
- Effective time management and strong prioritization skills
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time
