TechOps and Quality finance is integral to ensuring high quality production and procurement of products, maintaining a clear set of financial decision making processes and aligning the company strategy and resource allocation decisions with the operational budgets decision making by the TechOps and Quality functions.
Responsibilities include providing strong financial decision making support to the global functions through the preparation of actionable, clear and timely analysis on both future performance outlook and current performance against key metrics. This position will have direct contract with key functional leaders and will need to be able to manage multiple functional priorities. A major focus will be on reporting key cost variances across the global cost of goods, and being able to clearly define what the major impacts will be on company performance.

Major Accountabilities:
•Develop and deliver high quality and complete target, forecasts and LF’s for supported functions and link to overall business plan. Implement tools, processes, reports and metrics to accurately forecast business results and proactively manage performance to meet financial objectives.
•Maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for all financial results, develop Division monthly performance for presentation to Global Heads of TechOps, Quality and Head of Finance for TechOps and Quality
•Effectively drive resource allocation decisions through providing detailed financial analysis and modelling of various scenarios.
•Provide value added financial and business analysis to divisional, operational management and other functional areas.
•Constantly strive to identify and implement value improvement strategies.
•Active participation and delivery of a wide variety of Ad hoc projects to improve reporting visibility and drive value creation
•Identify, raise and resolve key business/financial issues. Support timely, fact based decision making within the company and the Division. Drive ad hoc projects as appropriate.
•Provide transparency to OTC business issues and value drivers. Proactively communicate issues, plans and changes in forecasts to financial management.
•Provide monthly reconciliation of direct procurement savings according to group guidelines as well as fully audited quarterly amounts
•Reconcile headcount and personnel costs and provide clarity on forecast movements across all sites.
Education:
Technical or Financial degree an MBA is a plus

Experience:
3- 5 years with clear progression in a, sophisticated financial organization.

Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
•Implementation of financial planning and analysis process in like organization, preferably with experience in a multi-national organization
•Proven success in implementing new processes
•Presentation experience with to management

Demonstrated leadership skills with established track record of success in complex, growing organizations.
•Business acumen/mindset with strong proactive financial planning, analysis and communication skills
•Solid business savvy, judgement and maturity
•Very strong IT and system skills with exposure to SAP a strong plus
•Proactive identification and management of value drivers and business issues
•Relationship building skills
