Job Description	Job Purpose: •Lead a global cross functional project team (all classes of projects) to ensure devel-opment, registration and optimal commercialization. •Represent the project team in strategy, operational and governance issues. Major Accountabilities: COI 1 & 2 •Develops and executes project strategy - for global Class I and II projects. COI 3 & 4 •Leads Class III and IV projects with direct support from R&D Category Leads or oth-er Project Leaders. Strategy and Execution •Fully accountable for assigned projects - Delivery of project within scope, timing budget and to the quality standards; Single point-of contact for project from idea to lead country launch. •Maximizes value - cost efficiencies, contingency/mitigation planning, risk assess-ments, and any potential IP generation. •Lead project team through influence without authority - resolve conflicts, provide performance and talent feedback to team members (and their leaders). •Drives issue and resource resolution for projects. Collaborates with functional core team members on the project team to drive results. •Ensures that all projects leverage the NPD process. •Provides status updates and drives resolution of key issues and risks. Escalates any unresolved issues to the relevant function lead on Category team. •Supports feasibility assessment of key innovation ideas/idea portfolio. •Advocates OTC PM best practices.
Minimum requirements	Education: BS or BA required, Advanced Degree a plus. Formal Project Management certification a plus Experience: 8+ years of progressively responsible related work experience, 8+ years Project Management experience with large cross functional teams. Global experience preferred. Preferred experience working in OTC, Pharma, consumer goods organization, managing cross functional teams, planning short and long term initiatives.
