We’re currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the position of: Accounting Associate II Position Summary: Responsible for various accounting tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain, reconcile, and manage fixed asset records and related processes. Process wire payments and bank transfers as needed. Process weekly check run including printing, mailing and filing. Perform administrative (user setup, etc.), reporting, and audit functions for Concur. Perform administrative functions for company credit cards (maintain GL account mapping, etc.). Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts - including prepaid expenses, deposits, and other asset accounts. Month end close tasks as assigned by supervisor. Understand and follow department policies and procedures. Maintain process documentation for tasks and update as necessary. | |
| Education/Qualifications: Degree in accounting or related field preferred. 3-4 years general accounting experience. Must be detail-oriented. Possess excellent organization and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Experience with Great Plains, Concur and ReQlogic, or comparable systems, preferred.
