Essential Responsibilities	While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; hear and talk; use close vision; and use hands to type. Interact with repair shops to negotiate and document maintenance and repair costs, with the goal of keeping vehicles safe and cost efficient. Evaluate truck repairs and process approvals related to the truck maintenance and DOT regulations of Fleet vehicles in an inbound call center environment. Assist Fleet Drivers with Road Side Assistance, Track "Vehicle Down" repairs to timely completion, and ensure vehicle uptime is maximized. Qualifications/Requirements	High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years' experience or training as a Medium Duty or commercial Truck mechanic, service writer or similar capacity or equivalent military experience. Customer service experience.
