This position is aligned with the Americas Commercial Learning & Development team. | |

Assess training needs of US field teams in areas of industry acumen,
selling skills, product knowledge, clinical proficiencies, and related
IT infrastructure mastery.
• Develop subsequent training strategies and programs. • Design subsequent training materials. • Execute subsequent training sessions. • Leverage subject matter experts and adjunct faculty as appropriate. • Work with LCS Commercial Marketing Managers and other Commercial Leaders for guidance on topics, deliverables & timing. • Participate on Business Sales Strategy Teams • Work with all LCS training leaders to ensure consistency in curriculum content and delivery across business • Develop and support training plans for New Product Introductions • Participate and support trade shows, customer road shows, and other key customer meetings as needed • One-on-one sales training as needed for special assistance, as requested. • Provide sales training approval metrics, demonstrating general receptiveness to training provided • Provide sales training effectiveness metrics, demonstrating competency levels relative to training objectives • Online training for internal & external audiences • National Training Meeting leadership – setting objectives with Commercial Leadership, organization, facilitation, soliciting support from additional resources • Communicate COE resources and capabilities available to LCS for additional learning & development support • Through active participation with the L&D team, identify cross-business collaborative opportunities to leverage best practices in training and drive standardization • Achieve Certification in one of the core Professional Skills training courses offered by the L&D team. Deliver as needed annually. | |
| • Direct clinical experience in the perioperative environment involving anesthetic agent delivery
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years’ experience in training, sales, or marketing in the healthcare industry • Proficiency in English language • Understanding of sales process • Excellent communication and presentation skills • High level of organization and time management skills • Ability to work independently to drive results • Proven success in a highly collaborative environment • Strong ability to influence stakeholders • Strong proficiency in planning, delegating, coaching and evaluating • Strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Availability for travel within the United States | |
