Responsible for being the liaison between Risk , account resolution, sales and originations departments to support shared performance metrics; including task resolution and internal/external customer expectations.
Research and analyze journal entries and accounting functions during rebooking transactions to ensure compliance with business rules. Review and analyze document contract rates and make updates per published rates. Make changes to customer accounts per task or customer request. Complete services requests via Siebel Services that may include but not limited to: complex rebooking, cash reapplication, cash research, service issues. Serve as a department SME and perform task associated with implementing processes related to new programs, acquisitions, and conversions.
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year related customer service work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

  • 2 Year College Finance or Accounting Degree.
  • Previous work experience in Portfolio Services Department, Banking or Mortgage
  • 1 year experience in financial services or accounting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills interpersonal, verbal, and written.
  • Ability to cooperate and build positive, productive relationships with internal and external customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail; accurate and well-organized.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet deadlines.
  • Professional phone mannerisms, ability to listen and probe, determine root causes and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work with computerized systems proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and the web.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially using Excel
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
