compensation. This role will lead the Company’s capital metrics reporting, including calculation and assessment of capital adequacy across a range of capital metrics. The Enterprise Capital Adequacy Manager will be responsible for oversight of Basel 1, Basel 3 (Standardized and ultimately advanced) RWA calculations, capital composition and ratio calculation. The Manager will also support ongoing Economic Capital efforts, including assessing level of adequacy in GECC’s Economic Capital surplus | |
| The
Manager will additionally be responsible for: proposing dividend
levels; reviewing capital impacts of acquisitions and dispositions;
developing appropriate narrative supporting capital adequacy in the
Capital, Recovery and Resolution Plans; Capital Policy management;
building out RWA forecasting and stress testing; successful completion
of regulatory templates in support of the Company’s capital position.
The Manager will develop controllership for Capital and as well provide
capital training and pricing support. Primary focus of this role is to
ensure the Company’s capital metrics are robust and reflective of GECC’s
risk profile.
