Entry-level analyst role in shaping GE Capital's industry leading global workforce analytics and workforce planning processes.
Workforce
intelligence, analytics and reporting: Assist Workforce Planning Center
of Excellence in the development and implementation of workforce
planning processes and tools.
Workforce Action Plans: Work with GE Capital
business/functions to develop strategic action plans on prioritized SWP
projects/initiatives.
Environmental scanning: Complete external labor market
scanning and benchmarking of trends in workforce planning and analytics
arena (Site Selection, Cost Optimization).
Training: Assist in development and facilitation of ongoing
training curriculum for strategic and diagnostic workforce analytics.
Project Management: Create detailed cross-functional work plan with critical milestones to deliver new processes and tools.
Communication: Prepare and present executive presentations using data and analytics to tell a compelling story.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
1+ years of experience in HR Intelligence or a related field, global environment preferred.
Analytical experience in a HR/benefits/technology role that involved the creation of metrics and reporting.
Experience working with computers including the following applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows.

Proven team player with excellent communication and
interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with
employees at all levels of the organization.
Technologically savvy with proven ability able to leverage technology to enable productivity.
