at www.moodys.com * To provide and coordinate a comprehensive business
administration service to management and ratings analysts within the
Securitization team in the Structured Finance Group (SFG). * The
successful candidate will be focused on a subset of deals across the
deal life-cycle and will be responsible for all administrative work
related to that subset of deals. * In addition, the successful candidate
will be responsible for providing cover for team, in the event of
absence and holidays, to ensure a seamless service to the team. *
Creating entries in deal database for new and amended deals * Tracking
the status of deals on a spreadsheet * Liaising with Rating Analysts on a
regular basis to update deal information in the database * Working with
Rating Analysts to prepare Rating Release Sheets and press releases
from the deal database * Coordinate with internal clients to ensure
billing is processed timely and accurately * Update internal systems on
any structural change and is communicated externally * Create reports
for the senior management team * Assisting the monitoring team with data
cleanup projects * Downloading a summary of all current deals
(pipeline) from the deal database on a regular basis in order to audit
the data Investigating discrepancies between the mid-month forecast and
actual revenues by reviewing the deals that were in the pipeline vs.
those that actually issued ratings * Reviewing a database download at
month-end to ensure the information on rated deals is correct for
reporting purposes * Ad-hoc tasks and projects related to the above
activities Qualifications * Bachelors in Science or Financial discipline
* 1-2 years of related work experience * Entry- Intermediate knowledge
in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Professional
verbal and written communication skills * Excellent attention to details
* Ability to complete large number of processes with less/no errors *
Highly organized and efficient * Good interpersonal and teamwork skills *
Previous financial data or product experience Global Middle Office -
Moody's Shared Services MIS and MSS Candidates are asked to disclose
