Further information about "working at Moody's" is available at our Careers Page at www.moodys.com -     To provide comprehensive business administration and transaction management processing in support of Credit Rating assignments. -     Support new deal set-up, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, supporting services, and data query & quality management as assigned. -     Disseminate Moody's press releases & ratings to financial markets and research clients in a timely manner -     Perform audits to make sure that all press releases and ratings were disseminated and updated correctly (Moody's.com, Bloomberg, Dow Jones, etc.) -     You will document errors identified during press release dissemination process and provide support for Moody's Global offices -     In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing cover for team, in the event of absence and holidays, to ensure a seamless service to the team -     Identify, research, and resolve issues involving data/processing errors. -     Responding to and resolving data inquiries from internal and external clients. -     Liaising with Rating Analysts and Managing Directors on a regular basis to ensure correct and timely dissemination -     Create reports for the senior management team -     Ad-hoc tasks and projects related to the above activities -     Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable -     Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive process with low error rate -     General computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint -     Independent thinker with the ability to prioritize and disseminate critical information in a fast-paced environment -     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required -     Ability to work cross-functionally in a global team environment -     Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines -     Strong PC skills in MS Office Suite and desire to learn new applications as required Will be a part of the Global Middle Office and helps to ensure accurate and timely communications of Moody's press releases, ratings, and related information to Global Markets. MIS and MSS Candidates are asked to disclose securities holdings pursuant to Moody's Policy for Securities Trading.
