As part of our continuous transformation, IBM Global Business Services (GBS) has established a Global Cloud Services Practice to meet the consulting demands of today’s rapidly changing market. We are looking for business analysts in the Salesforce.com space. In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience related to creating global Salesforce.com solutions, enterprise business design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce.com suite of products to enterprise clients. The candidate is expected to have strong core consulting skills combined with leading salesforce.com business process functional competency, technical exposure, and enterprise implementation experience with all core salesforce.com tools, offerings and products. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas: Salesforce.com certifications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Force.com) Experience working in complex, enterprise, global Salesforce.com implementations Experience working in a business process team and coordinating process efforts Strong client facing communication skills with IT departments and business users Enterprise business solutioning experience for large clients IBM Global Business Services.
