Our representatives play an instrumental role

responsible for delivering world-class service in a high-volume inbound
call center. This is an exciting opportunity for highly dependable and

Navigate multiple personal computer, business, email and web
applications easily and proficiently while engaged in inbound telephone
calls.
Calls require analyzing, explaining and answering internal
and external customer questions, requests and resolving their product,
billing and service concerns efficiently and professionally.
Function comfortably in a fast paced performance based
call center environment where calls are monitored, recorded and assessed
for quality of performance.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year related customer service work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.
