| Job description |
This is a temporary internship position for Sept-Dec 2013. The
ideal candidate for this position has an interest in learning and
documenting best practices for software and systems engineering. As a
methodology developer, you will work with IBM experts to design and
document best practices (methods) using Rational Method Composer, and
then automate these best practices using IBM tools. Candidates should
have a background in software development and/or systems engineering,
and strong writing skills. The major part of the job is collaborating
with experts to gather information, designing method structures using
Rational Method Composer, and configuring IBM tools. No prior
experience with Rational Method Composer or IBM tools is required. Working from home is an option. |
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 6 months experience in Software or systems development experience
- Basic knowledge in Agile methodology (such as Scrum, SAFe, or OpenUP)
- Basic knowledge in Writing for a technical audience
- English: Fluent

Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- At least 3 years experience in Software or systems development experience
