Candidate should have 3 to 5+ years M&A experience covering these industries.
Responsibilities include:

• Identify and source specific acquisition and/or strategic partnership ideas.
• Review and analyze company financial data.
• Conduct valuation analysis and help determine optimal deal structure.
• Participate in all aspects of the due diligence process.
• Assist with transaction negotiations, execution and closing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills necessary.
Salary $120K- $150K + bonus.
