As a member if the Infrastructure Client Relationship Management team the candidate should possess a detailed understanding of the financial services industry and the role that State Street Corporation plays in the Middle and Back Office arena. This knowledge will allow the individual to understand the business' and other requestors' Infrastructure needs – from strategic objectives to day-to-day services. Responsibilities include meeting with the business units to present significant infrastructure initiatives that are upcoming and how it will benefit the business line, review infrastructure service reporting including SDA's, major incident, transformation status and service quality plans.
There is a possibility of a small travel requirement (<25%) to meet with North America based business units based outside of Eastern Massachusetts.
Responsibilities also include assisting with gathering of requirements for presentation to the Infrastructure Solutions team when standard offerings do not already exist. Interactions with Application development managers and project managers required to assist in facilitation of infrastructure demand management and server build projects. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation. The iCRM will need to be able to identify appropriate resources establish virtual teams and drive those resources to execute against the established goal. Familiarity with State Street IT teams and processes as well as prior business unit processing experience or similar is desirable.
BA or BS degree and 8+ year's experience in financial services industry preferred
