Description
The CT DLM Sr. Administrator is a non-client facing position that will report to the designated DLM Team Leader. The CT DLM Sr. Administrator(s) will manage the workflow of onboarding, maintenance and termination activities assigned to Senior and DLM Account Service Representatives. Responsibilities will include ensuring an equitable workload distribution among CT DLM Administrator and CT DLM Assoc Administrator, will act as the point of escalation for issues relating to the client onboarding/offboarding or account maintenance procesess between DLM and its Business Partners. The CT DLM Sr. Administrator(s) will be expected to be familiar with internal and external Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and will also be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with KYC account set ups and renewals and tax compliance documentation. The CT DLM Sr. Administrator(s) will also serve in the role as internal quality assurance within DLM to ensure that new accounts set ups, maintenance and termination actions have been correctly done by CT DLM Administrator and CT DLM Assoc Administrator. Additionally, the CT DLM Sr. Administrator(s) will ensure timely escalation of key risk matters to the appropriate level of management.
Qualifications
College Degree. 3-4 year in financial services and/or Corp Trust experience. Knowledge of deal set ups, openings and closings.
