Corporate Manager, Trust Real Estate (Job Number: 1314565)

Description

The primary responsibility of the Corporate Manager is to provide Senior Management and leadership for the Wealth Management Trust Real Estate Organization. This person is responsible for all aspects associated with Investment Management, Custody and Recordkeeping required for Real Estate and Loan related assets held in Wealth Management and Institutional accounts. This includes vacant land, residential and commercial properties, oil, gas and mineral interests, residential and commercial mortgages, promissory notes and limited partnership interests. rovide strategic direction as well as day-to-day oversight for the dept. The incumbent must have the ability to manage a geographically diverse group of approximately 50 employees. Provide support for all lines of business within Wealth Management, which currently include: U.S. Markets, Family Office, Charitable Gift Services, Wealth Management Select and National Custody. Responsible for human resource management, financial/expense management and risk & control management. Develop and manage an expense budget of approximately $4 million. Develop and maintain a well controlled environment resulting in strong audit and regulatory oversight reports.

Develop strong working relationship with Risk Management and Internal Audit. This person will be expected to be in tune with corporate initiatives/direction and to participate in these initiatives as required.

Qualifications

BS/BA required; MBA is a plus.

15+y rs of financial services experience required

10+ years of Real Estate & Trust related experience required

10+ years of management experience required

Must possess and display strong leadership and organizational skills.

Incumbent must possess superior relationship management skills to ensure a solid working relationship with senior business line partners and service providers.
