| The Business Analyst provides support, analysis and description
of business processes, and their translation into functional and
non-functional IT requirements. The Analyst should have strong
interpersonal skills and be able to work well with different personality
types and with varying degrees of technical knowledge. This role
requires experience in the Banking industry as well as Operational
RISK/AML background with good leadership qualities involving ownership
and accountability. This also requires experience in a BA role for large
projects spanning more than 12 months, multiple releases, and working
with geographically diverse teams. Responsibilities include: Planning,
gathering & clearly documenting business needs( requirements) of
clients & stakeholders using techniques like use cases, wireframes,
JAD sessions, current/ future state process flows, ensuring all
requirements are traceable & measurable; Builds functional & non
functional requirements; Gap Analysis. Experience in Reqpro, HP Quality
