Corporate Operations consists of 49 management
entities across the Americas, Europe and Asia and includes Insurance,
Environmental, Healthcare, residual businesses, Asset Management, Global

This role would be responsible for researching and evaluating technical
issues and requesting information in order to implement processes for
controllership and finance leaders to ensure compliance with US and
foreign accounting laws, regul
Enable global technical advisory support for Corporate Operations,
which includes front-end deal support for all acquisitions,
dispositions, deal structuring and debt restructuring.
Assist in the effort to ensure that the business is in
compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP),
applicable laws and regulations.
Responsible for researching and evaluating policies and
procedures for the business (including standard methodology for
international and domestic).
Review controllership procedures in conjunction with senior level managers to ensure the integrity of the financial results.
Assist in preparation and/or review of quarterly financial reporting items
Perform contract and lease reviews as required
Support corporate initiatives and ad hoc projects as requested
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience.
Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.
Excellent PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
