The Lead Analyst, PKI Integrations will be responsible for providing PKI solutions in support of GE users, devices and products & services. In this role, you will serve as a technical hands-on specialist, responsible for design and implementation support of PKI Certificate and Smartcard initiatives. You will partner with cross-business teams to define solution requirements, develop and deliver solutions, and drive process and technology improvements.
  • Lead the execution of system development lifecycle in the development of certificate solutions
  • Support documentation of all Certificate management / PKI environments
  • Support integration of certificates with applications systems
  • Support evaluation / development of SCEP solutions
  • Drive change and lead business adoption of standardized PKI services
  • Partners with cross-business security architects, working groups, project teams and application owners to define requirements for and build certificate solutions which meet business objectives
  • Responsible for managing appropriate resources as necessary
  • Manages schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of project deliverables
  • Coordinates communications with internal and external teams
  • Provides issue resolution and L4 support as required
  • Ensures successful transition of project deliverables to support / maintenance / operations teams
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services and Smart Card authentication solutions
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing certificate solutions
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Identity and Access Management technologies
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience leading technical initiatives

  • Experience writing a CPS (Certificate Practice Statement)
  • Experience with CRL and OCSP
  • Experience administering a SmartCard solution
  • Experience with AD domain certificates as well as device certificates for PCs, laptops, Mac computers and the like for network access
  • Experience in the provisioning and distribution of certificates to both users and devices through available means
  • Certificate experience on other devices including iOS devices, network devices, domain controllers, etc.
  • Candidate should be knowledgeable of the UNIX / Linux environments and have experience in the Windows / Active Directory environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading Public Key Infrastructure growth efforts for distributed organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, other technical field (or a minimum 4 years of IT experience preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of broader IT experience in a field such as application development, infrastructure management (or related fields in addition to experience in Security technologies)
  • CISSP / MCSE certification
  • Strategic thinker - demonstrated ability to take a business problem or opportunity from inception through design, launch and stabilization
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint
  • Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
