Support Mexico HR Ops team in car/fleet and gas administration and all related projects
• Car/fleet and gas card administration for Mexico users.
• Ensure HR Company Car Policy rules follow up to assure compliance and improve company productivity.
• Support internal communication strategy for all GE users related to Company and Gas Card (Process implementation, Corporate Policy, documents management, files archiving, etc).
• Answer accurately and in time users and HR partners’ inquiries and requests.
• Review, identify and improve fleet processes maps
• Perform metrics and scorecards internal and external (# of active cars, reassignments, custody, etc.)
• Support car and gas projects aligned to standardization and simplification
• Outstanding team player committed to success; capable to work within cross functional team in a fast-paced, change acceleration process.
• Excellent Service Attitude. (Clear Sense of urgency)
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Pro-active
• Very well Organized
• Adaptable to Changes
• Studying University degree in business or equivalent.
• Must be flexible and have the ability to work well under deadline pressures
• English (proficiency)
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC business applications (excel, power point, other MS Office applications).
• Experience: Not necessary
• Previous project management skills
• IT skills
• Quality Green Belt Certified
