Role Summary/Purpose	Realizar testes em painéis de Média e Baixa Tensão com relés de proteção principalmente SEPAM.
Essential Responsibilities	 Realização de inspeção e testes de rotina em painéis de baixa e média tensão.  Realização de inspeção e ensaios dielétricos em painéis de baixa e médica tensão.  Realizar a parametrização e testes de relés de proteção principalmente SEPAM.  Analisar a documentação técnica relativa a inspeção e testes dos painéis.  Orientar estagiários, percebendo suas competências e adequando-as às diferentes atividades;  Participar, juntamente com o Líder de inspeção e testes, da negociação de locação de serviços de terceirizados e compra de materiais e equipamentos necessários aos testes de painéis de baixa e média tensão;  Participar das avaliações de desempenhos setoriais, para a adoção de medidas que visem o incremento da produtividade, a redução de custos, aprimoramento da qualidade e o alcance da eficácia, na sua área de atuação;  Responder pela qualidade, confiabilidade e desempenho dos recursos, serviços e informações geradas pelos serviços sob sua responsabilidade;  Apoiar no desenvolvimento e capacitação dos colaboradores de sua área;  Analisar os processos inerentes à sua área de atuação, propondo e implantando melhorias para a maximização dos resultados;  Motivar, avaliar e supervisionar colaboradores sob sua responsabilidade, visando garantir o alcance dos Resultados Empresariais;  Manter-se atualizado quanto a novos procedimentos, processos, legislações e regulamentações inerentes à sua área de atuação;
Qualifications/Requirements	Graduação superior em Engenharia Elétrica ou Eletrônica Conhecimento em proteção e parametrização principalmente relés SEPAM Inglês avançado
Desired Characteristics	 Noções de software de desenho;  Conhecimento de equipamentos e materiais elétricos;  Noções de acionamentos e controles elétricos;  Conhecimentos de sistemas elétricos, industriais e de potência;  Análise de diagrama elétrico;  Noções de automação.
