Role Summary/Purpose	Support the HR fuctions that provides service to a 900+ employees operation
Essential Responsibilities	•In charge of all the internal communication media in the site. •Provide support and participate in every area of the human resources department (Payroll, Staffing, Training, Engagement, Labor) •Responsible of the Orientation trainings of all the new employees of the company. •Make purchase requisitions and ensure the proper payment of invoices. •Responsible/Support of engagement events. •Responsable for the lockers administration.
Qualifications/Requirements	•From 5th to 8th semester of LAE, LNI, RH, RI, or similar administrative careers. •Good English proficiency •Strong communication skills •High energy and proactive •Customer Service oriented •Good relation with, administrative and operative employees.
