Responsibilities
- Work with hiring managers to understand competencies and experience required for successful performance and develop recruitment strategy
- Advertise and source internal and external candidates, including conducting LinkedIn and internal database searches for qualified resumes
- Screen, interview and evaluate candidates against competency profile
- Perform in-depth reference checks and coordinate required employment and academic verifications.
- Offer positions to selected candidates and review offer letters for accuracy
- Complete all necessary HR paperwork and close out recruit files
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years' experience in human resources, including at least three years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience
- Knowledge of human resources principles/practices
- Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, listening, interpersonal and representational)
- PC/database skills. LinkedIn, internet research and ATS experience. Taleo experience a plus
- Excellent client relationship skills
