As the SVP, Sales you will manage the entire
sales process within an assigned market of customers. You will be
responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing lease,
loan and service transactions with large new and existing clients in a
designated geographical area. You will also retain and penetrate
existing business in order to drive growth.
Grow book of business by managing the sales process
including prospecting, making sales calls and presenting features,
advantages and benefits of products in order to close new customer
deals.
Build database to generate $30M+ in volume.
Provide senior technical knowledge of leasing, accounting and services offered to customers and prospects.
Capitalize on new opportunities in excess of $10M and fleets of 500+ vehicles.
Present and maintain relationships with large opportunity
customers and prospects and deliver / construct complex financial
structures / transactions with opportunities in excess of $10M.
Provide senior technical knowledge of leasing, accounting and services offered to customers and prospects.
Coach and Mentor junior sales associates.
Work with sales colleagues to develop strategic account
plans that drive retention, penetration, profitability and growth of
existing accounts.
Forecast sales opportunities and execute sales strategy to ensure that growth and profitability are achieved /exceeded.
Lead the customer account relationship for assigned accounts by developing and maintaining high profile relationships.
Fully understand the breadth of the relevant product offering to represent the full spectrum of available structures.
Participate in and take leadership responsibility for Boundaryless Sales and Cross-Sell initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree (or a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience).
Minimum of 4 years of progressive sales experience in relevant industry.
Experience with and/or knowledge of deal structuring and credit underwriting
Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related financial analysis and risk, tax and legal principles and analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with large customers and opportunities
