Manages single business solutions projects in support of assigned applications area across GE Capital. Develops, sells, and implements comprehensive project plans, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements. Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations, and influences program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback.
Essential Responsibilities	Owns transformation of enterprise application area business requirements into technical specifications and delivering solutions. Engages and collaborates with Quality and business teams to deliver solutions. Drives all phases of IT Project Development cycle including process analysis. Performs project management of all tasks and resources, estimating and tracking progress against individual plan, and monitoring development activity to overall enterprise plan. Develops effective communication strategy across projects and constituency.
Qualifications/Requirements	Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or 4 years equivalent working experience) with 5+ years of IT experience Eligibility Requirements: You must apply via COS (internals) or www.gecareers.com (externals) to be considered for this position Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
