    Responsible for defined work or projects and participation in the analysis of information and processes. In this role you will write, edit and manage technical documentation, including SOPs in support of business processes.
  • Create user-friendly technical documents for employees.
  • Edit and maintain system documentation including, procedures and requirements.
  • Collaborate with employees in the creation and implementation of this documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to lead change and drive growth by managing strategic initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain online resource to house and access technical documents.
  • Work with internal/external customers to develop standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure projects are implemented on time with high quality.
  • Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or in lieu a HS Diploma/GED with minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal, financial services, collections, customer service, outbound calling, or call center experience or equivalent military experience).
  • Minimum 1 year experience of technical writing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including: Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software applications.
    Eligibility Requirements:
