Job Title: IT Auditor

Job Description	Under the limited supervision of in-charge IT auditor or IT audit management, responsible for the planning, administration and performance of project IT systems reviews, general and application controls reviews, security reviews, application life cycle audits, CAAT support and special IT requests utilizing standard IT audit techniques. Generally completes sections within complex audit areas with little guidance. May assist with pre-acquisition and other special studies and reviews.  Independently reviews and analyzes available data and identifies existing or potential problem areas, to accomplish activities.  Documents and evaluates the adequacy of the internal controls in place through the review of written procedures, interviews and audit tests.  Develops and maintains a high level of programming, systems, applications and IS audit technical skills.  Develops comprehensive IT and financial/operational audit procedures appropriate to areas of audit assignment, including implementation of computer assisted audit techniques. Recommends revisions and/or expansion to audit programs necessary to ensure adequate analysis of assigned areas.  Communicates audit progress, including progress of CAAT and other programming work performed, clearly, concisely and in a logical manner.  Documents findings and prepares comments and recommendations and prepares them for inclusion in reports to company management. Prepares written audit reports for review by IA management.  Reviews and summarizes auditee responses.  Maintains familiarity with company policies, procedures, systems, knowledge of current audit developments and a general awareness of areas affecting the company's business.  Demonstrates initiative, dedication, reliability and drive for assignments. Works independently and provides proper feedback and follow through. Works to develop technical, analytical and business risk identification skills.  Interfaces with other groups inside and outside the organization; project management, finance personnel and auditors.  Demonstrates proficiency in the use of PC-based business applications, Fluor ERM and other financial systems.  Functions in a highly professional and confidential manner, maintaining independence and objectivity from the functions audited, in compliance with internal auditing standards and ethics.  Requires strong discretion, evaluation capabilities and independence.  Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements	- Four-year accredited accounting/business/finance/computer sciences/information management/is auditing/data processing or equivalent degree. Will consider alternate major if have either CPA or CISA certification.  - 5+ years of related audit/IA/finance/information systems experience.  - Must be willing and able to travel up to 35% to both domestic and international locations

Preferred Qualifications	- Certification as CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIA or related area  - Construction industry experience  - EDI audit experience  - Fraud audit experience  - Program in C, C+, or C++ language  - Telecommunication audit experience  - MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus notes, MS Access, PriceWaterhouseCooper’s Teammate, & other windows applications
