Job Summary
The
iTunes Corrections Team is looking for someone to monitor ticket
queues, address customer support issues, and assist the Corrections team
in other areas.

- Detail-oriented, organized and meticulous approach to work
- - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- - Ability to work through a tedious daily workload
- - Ability to look at tasks with fresh eyes to suggest improvements
- - Familiarity with web-based content management systems preferred

Description
Address pending tickets
Address customer support issues
Coordinate with Content Curation to enforce iTunes standards for content
Coordinate with Tech Label Reps to address various requests from record labels
Envision new tools and processes to improve above tasks
Education
BS/BA or equivalent work experience
