Job Summary

The iTunes Corrections Team is looking for someone to monitor ticket queues, address customer support issues, and assist the Corrections team in other areas.

  • Detail-oriented, organized and meticulous approach to work
  • - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • - Ability to work through a tedious daily workload
  • - Ability to look at tasks with fresh eyes to suggest improvements
  • - Familiarity with web-based content management systems preferred
