Job Summary
The
Retail Merchandising team is looking for a dedicated team player with
strong Product Management skills and a keen sense for growing business.
This role will be responsible for leading continuous improvements and
drive increased revenue while driving world class customer service.
Key Qualifications
- Ability to see both minute details and the bigger picture. This is necessary to understand ramifications of projects across Apple in both launch and ongoing support scenarios
- Facilitate the rapid refining of sustaining program context and scope and then lead the collaborative improvement that appropriately meets Apple Retail’s objectives.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills – ability to bridge between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead peer group
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
- The ability to gracefully adjust to meet changing circumstances such as reassignment of organizational priorities and changes in program scope.
- 5 - 10 years experience in program development and execution. Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, Keynote, database management
Description
- Responsible for driving systematic enhancements in both new and sustaining programs
- Identify and drive process gaps to closure by collaborating across the organization
- Drive program efficiency across a globally diverse retail organization
- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed and global organizational model.

- Demonstrated teamwork as well as leadership and influence skills.
- Strong process focus, able to see opportunities for improvement in the business.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
