    Responsible for supporting multiple operating processes or transactions and maintaining client relationships. Responsible for servicing requests and ensuring timely, accurate, compliant and complete reconciliation of accounts
  • Service deals, including preparing all necessary documentation and associated data entry and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reconciliation of all accounts (e.g. credit limits, contractual pricing, accruals, borrowing bases, etc.).
  • Drive operational metrics to closure within designated targets (i.e. fees, principal, expense reimbursements, and loan terminations) including researching and identifying root causes.
  • Minimize organizational risk by leveraging operational controls, identifying suspicious/inconsistent activity, notifying appropriate parties and taking appropriate action.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of portfolio, clients, loan accounting, operational procedures, systems, controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum 2 years of related customer service work or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.
    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics or related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of general accounting principles.
  • Prior experience with commercial leasing or loans.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively across an organization to ensure that customer needs and internal functional needs are met.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and coach team members and staff across the organization.
  • Experience or training in project management skills.
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
