Responsible for supporting multiple operating
processes or transactions and maintaining client relationships.
Responsible for servicing requests and ensuring timely, accurate,
compliant and complete reconciliation of accounts
Service
deals, including preparing all necessary documentation and associated
data entry and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reconciliation of all
accounts (e.g. credit limits, contractual pricing, accruals, borrowing
bases, etc.).
Drive operational metrics to closure within designated
targets (i.e. fees, principal, expense reimbursements, and loan
terminations) including researching and identifying root causes.
Minimize organizational risk by leveraging operational
controls, identifying suspicious/inconsistent activity, notifying
appropriate parties and taking appropriate action.
Maintain strong working knowledge of portfolio, clients,
loan accounting, operational procedures, systems, controls and
regulatory requirements.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum 2 years of related customer service work or equivalent military experience.
Experience with Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or comparable software application.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics or related field.
Demonstrated understanding of general accounting principles.
Prior experience with commercial leasing or loans.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology.
Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively
across an organization to ensure that customer needs and internal
functional needs are met.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and coach team members and staff across the organization.
Experience or training in project management skills.
