In your role as Account Resolution Specialist
you will be responsible for providing broad business support for
servicing GE Capital Bank clients and maintaining positive
relationships. You will perform account research, resolve inquiries,
develop methods to improve service, and serve as a resource to educate
clients on all aspects of program offerings.
Answer questions, resolve problems and promptly address customer issues to assure proper maintenance of customer accounts.
Perform account research and adjustments for written and
queued inquiries regarding on-line retail deposits (including but not
limited to CDs, saving accounts, IRAs etc.).
May make outbound calls to account holders to obtain necessary information and to resolve inquiries.
Work across all layers of the business and client contacts to ensure mutual resolution of account holder’s inquiries.
Identify gaps or opportunities in processes and streamline
procedures to improve efficiencies, reduce defects, enhance the
customer experience and drive first inquiry resolution.
Assist in training new team members in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Previous experience in a financial services/banking.
Previous experience in customer service or operations roles.

Professional phone mannerisms with effective customer service relationship skills.
